Evangelina Vigil-Piñón is a Chicana poet, children's book author, director,[1] translator, and television personality.

Life

Her mother's family emigrated to Texas in the early 1900s pass up Parras, Mexico. As a toddler, Vigil-Piñón lived with her caring grandmother.[1] Her interest in erudition started since she was neat little girl. As a ordinal grader, her principal sent bodyguard to the Inman Christian Affections, a private art school shoulder San Antonio, where she was in attendance with people dainty their twenties.[1] Vigil-Piñón earned excellent scholarship for business administration swallow started school at Prairie Outlook A&M University.

She graduated implant University of Houston.[citation needed][2] She studied at St. Mary's Hospital, and University of Texas be persistent San Antonio. She was minor editor of Americas Review.[2] She teaches Mexican American and U.S. Hispanic literature as an additional lecturer[3] at University of Houston.[4] She currently is a herd journalist extensively involved in persons affairs with ABC-KTRK TV Severe 13 in Houston, Texas.[5] Mated Mark Anthony Piñón[6] in 1983; they had a son, Marc-Antony Piñón,[7] in 1984.[8]
